Redeem voucher
You have received a voucher for a blacksmithing course…
Below you will find brief instructions on how you can easily redeem your voucher:
Important: There is a “gift card code” on your voucher which consists of four blocks of four characters each – for example: “AB43-5CDE-67FG-HI7J”.
The code must be entered exactly as written, including the hyphens. If you have received the voucher as a PDF, it is best to copy the code directly from the PDF (copy & paste) to avoid input errors.
Note: I recently switched to a new booking/voucher systemas part of the website update. I have tried to transfer all existing vouchers – but it is possible that something was not transferred. If you have a voucher with a short code and it does not work, please send me an e-mail, preferably together with the voucher (PDF), a photo of the voucher or at least the voucher number. I will then activate it for you in the new system as soon as possible! -> Get in touch with me…
Procedure:
- Select the desired course below… > Book course
You can also choose a course that does not correspond to the voucher and then either pay the difference with an additional charge or, if the course is cheaper, use the difference for another course or another product. - Follow the instructions to select a suitable date and enter your personal details in the next step.
- Book the course by clicking on “Book course”
- Now click on the following text:
Now enter your voucher code and click on “Apply voucher”
The amount of the voucher should now be deducted from the course amount.
Payment is therefore only due if the value of the voucher does not fully cover the course amount.
In this case, select the desired payment option and complete the purchase accordingly.
Payment options include credit card, TWINT (only for customers from Switzerland), bank transfer or cash payment at the start of the course in the workshop.
