Large chef's knife in the style of Japanese Bunka knives.
This knife can be used widely in the kitchen for demanding cutting work - with a blade length of just under 24cm, 45m at the widest point. This rather large knife is often a popular addition to smaller blades with a length of 18-20cm and is ideal for larger cuttings.
The blade has a 192-layer Damascus steel blade made of the best tool steel grades. The hardness is approx. 61 HRC.
The blade also has a strong finish. Perfectly forged into shape.
The handle is made of a combination of bubinga and ebony.
Blade is signed.
